Elder Jeannie Renee Moore is the wife to Apostle Royal Moore. She committed her Life to the Lord Jesus Christ in 1992, where she began to grow in Grace and knowledge.

In 1995, she joined the Kairos Prison Ministry, where her heart was inspired by God to develop curriculum and help those who were incarcerated, as well as those that has loved one left behind. Elder Jeannie joined Prison Fellowship, Tres Dias, Street Ministry as well as Television Ministry.  

At this present time Elder Jeannie is the Superintendent of the Sunday School Department where she oversees all the Educational Departments within The Family Worship Center Church.  

Elder Jeannie has also been dedicated to the Food Outreach Ministry for the last three years.  Elder Jeannie also participates in the Dance Ministry; but if you ask her what the greatest role and position in the Church is, she will humbly confess "being a servant unto our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."

Elder Jeannie also holds many credentials in Biblical Studies and social programs and has always been deeply involved in the community affairs behind the scenes and publicly.

Associate Pastor Anissa Lea Rush gave her life to Christ in July 1993 at Refuge Church of God in Christ, located in Waterbury, CT., and from 1994-2002 she served faithfully under the leadership of the late Evangelist Jackie Williams. It was in 2003, after the passing of Evangelist Jackie Williams, that Anissa and her family became members of the newly founded Worship Center Church in Waterbury, CT under Pastor Royal Moore.

It was during the first years of ministry that Anissa saw herself and her family grow emotionally and spiritually. knowing that she wanted to give her fanmily "a life filled with God", she became a Youth Leader, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School Teacher.

As the ministry grew, so did in 2009 Anissa answered the call of God to become a licensed Minister of the Gospel. She has the willingness to "get the job done and do it right", and when the need arose for a Minister of Finance and Church Secretary, she answered the call with a yes.

God called again in 2014, she answered and became an ordained Elder. It is Elder Anissa's willingness and desire that caused her to grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. As the church grew so did Anissa and her family. Each "yes" came with a price because "to whom much is given, much is required." Elder Anissa has accepted this with a willing heart and a desire to be obedient to God's will.

Elder Anissa has 4 sons and 2 grandsons. Her sons Haras, Travone, Tavhii and Javone. Each one has dedicated their life to the ministry. Haras plays the drums, Travone sings and is the Praise & Worship Team Leader. Tavhii is head over the Audio Team, and Javone singson the Praise & Worship Team - he also ministers in dance, on the dance team Refocus. Elder Anissa is experiencing God giving her the desires of her heart.

In January of 2023 Anissa answered the call of God again and was elevated to the role of Associate Pastor at the Family Worship Center in Waterbury, CT, where she and her sons have been dedicated members for over 21 years.

Minister JaCarl Foy gave his life to the Lord at a very young age and thrived in the Youth Department. He also became a Gospel Rap Recording Artist, ministering throughout the NorthEast.  He was elevated to Minister in 2019 by Apostle Royal J. Moore 1st. He works in the capacity of Church Security and Sunday School Teacher. He is a faithful husband to Sister Melissa Foy for 18 years. 

Elder Charnell Brooks is an active member of the Family Worship Center in Waterbury, CT, for over 10 years. She received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior in her early twenties, as her relationship grew in Christ, her love for serving the Lord grew even more. When she joined the Family Worship Center, she became and still serves as Greeter, welcoming all of God's children into the house of the Lord, which she refers to as the spiritual hospital. She believes that everyone has the right to experience the love of God and receive salvation.

In 2018, she was appointed by God as a Missionary under the leadership of Apostle Royal Moore at the Family Worship Center. During this time, she began to serve the community and the Kingdom of Christ by ministering in nursing homes and shelters in the Greater Waterbury Area. Not long after, Elder Charnell became an active Sunday School Teacher at the Family Worship Center, where bibilical teaching is a main focus of the church's mission statement. Her faith and love for God's Kingdom leads her to serve in various auxiliaries including supporting the Hospitality MInistry and being and administrator for TFWC Food Ministry (pantry).

Missionary Mary Topa is the Lead Servant of Hospitality Ministry. She is active with the Usher Ministry, Food Ministry, the Outreach Ministry and the Choir.

Missionary Dianne Adams is an active member of the Family Worship Center in Waterbury, CT. She is thankful to the church home where she is given the opportunity to minister the Word of God, to teach the New Believers Classes, to participate in Sunday services with exhortation prayer, scripture reading and tithe teaching.

Missionary Dianne Adams also takes great pleasure in supporting the Hospitality Ministry and Outreach to the convalescemt homes. She is blessed through the Leadership of the Family Worship Center, is confident and spiritually equipped for the journey toward her God-given destiny. Praise God!

Missionary Tori Moore is Head Usher, and assists in administration capacity.

Deacon Les Brooks has been a member of the Family Worship Center in Waterbury, CT for 9 years. He yields himself to grow in the grace and knowledge of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is a man of Faith, and believes and shares the Gospel.

In 2018, he was appointed Deacon at the Family Worship Center under the Leadership of Apostle Royal Moore. He loves fulfiling his office of a Deacon encouraging unity in the body of Christ. Deacon Brooks holds an office in the Food Ministry (pantry) for over 6 years and assists in the Men's Department. His love for communication and unity leads him to be a part of several auxiliaries at TFWC including Media Ministry, Security Department and Transportation. Deacon Brooks' prayer is to continue to grow in the purpose that God has for him in the body of Christ.

Deacon Les Brooks assists Apostle Royal J. Moore in many capacities. 

Minister George Battle Sr. serves in many capacities within the church. He is a Sunday School Teacher, he works with the Transportation Department, Food Outreach Program, He heads the Music Department where he has 30 years of experience in the Music Field working with many well-known gospel artists. Minister Battle is known for loving Jesus Christ with all his heart.  

I am Missionary Phyllis Lucas-Coleman, and it is my joy to serve as the Children's Church Leader at Family Worship Center, where I have been a dedicated member for over a year. In my role, I have the privilege of teaching Sunday school to children ages 5-17, guiding them in their journey with God and helping them develop vital life skills along the way. I also lad the choir.

In addition to my work at the church, I have been an early childhood educator in Waterbury CT since 2003. I graduated from Post University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, and I continue to find fulfillment in this career. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to both my church community and the field of early childhood education. God's blessings are evident in my life and I am continually inspired by the support and love of the Family Worship Center.

Janelle started attending the Family Worship Center since the age of 16 when she and her family moved to the United States from Jamaica. She had been blessed with many gifts, such as singing and dancing. With those gifts, she used them to glorify God by being a member of the Family Worship Center's Praise Team, and has accepted the assignment as Leader of Refocus Dance Ministry. Refocus Ministry has always been a vision that the Lord has given to Janelle, and she and team are always on fire to present their best to the Lord and the body of Christ. When Janelle is not active in her positions as Dance Ministry Leader or singing in the Praise & Worship Team, she is a full-time Behavior Therapist working with early age children that are dignosed with autism. But that's not all, she most importantly enjoys things such as movie nights, cooking and fun outgoings.

Tavhii is the Leader of the Media Department here at the Family Worship Center. Tavhii started attending the Family Worship Center at the age of 5 and has been here for 22 years. He has been in the Media Department for 6 years, and was elevated to leader in 2022.

Tavhii is very passionate about his craft and works very hard to make sure everything is running smoothly and professionally here at the Family Worship Center.

Brother Travone Smith is the Praise Team Leader at the Family Worship Center. Travone started attending The Family Worship Center at the age of 7, and has been here for 22 years. He has been on the Praise Team for 13 years, and was elevated to Praise Team Leader in 2017.

Travone loves to sing and takes singing for God very seriously. He loves seeing God's people smile and worship Go through music.
